Brew Tea
-Start by heating up 1 cup (250 ml) of water until it reaches a gentle boil.
-Once the water is ready, add 1 teaspoon (around 2 grams) of your favorite Blue Pepper Tea Infusion in a tea infuser or directly into your cup or pot.
-Pour the hot water over the tea infusion and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, or if you prefer a stronger brew, let it simmer gently in the pot for the same amount of time.
-After steeping, strain if needed. Enjoy it hot, whether plain or with your favorite additions.
-Add sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar, jaggery), milk (almond, soy, or whole milk), or splash of lemon.
