1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada. For The United States & India - please shop through Amazon.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

Within Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions of your order, destination and the shipping method selected. The total cost will be displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more information.
6. Order Tracking: After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s site. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options and longer delivery times.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at connect@bluepepper.ca within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us at connect@bluepepper.ca within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you to resolve the issue.
9. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at connect@bluepepper.ca
