Traditional Tea
Brew a Perfect Cup of Traditional Tea!
Start by heating up 1 cup (250 ml) of water until it reaches a gentle boil, ideally between 80-90°C (175-195°F). Once the water is ready, add 1 teaspoon (around 2 grams) of your favorite Blue Pepper Tea Infusion. Place the infusion in a tea infuser or directly into your cup or pot. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, or if you prefer a stronger brew, let it simmer gently in the pot for the same amount of time. After steeping, strain if needed. Enjoy the traditional tea hot, whether plain or with your favorite additions.
Customize Your Cup: Add sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar, jaggery), milk (almond, soy, or whole milk), or splash of lemon. Try it with your favorite black, red, white, oolong, or Earl Grey tea leaves. *Tea leaves contain caffeine.
* Adding milk can slightly soften the flavour.
* Avoid over-steeping to prevent a bitter taste.
* Experiment with steeping time and the amount of tea infusion to find your perfect strength!
