Traditional Tea
Brew a Perfect Cup of Traditional Tea!
Start by heating up 1 cup (250 ml) of water until it reaches a gentle boil, ideally between 80-90°C (175-195°F). Once the water is ready, add 1 teaspoon (around 2 grams) of your favorite Blue Pepper Tea Infusion. Place the infusion in a tea infuser or directly into your cup or pot. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, or if you prefer a stronger brew, let it simmer gently in the pot for the same amount of time. After steeping, strain if needed. Enjoy the traditional tea hot, whether plain or with your favorite additions.
Customize Your Cup: Add sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar, jaggery), milk (almond, soy, or whole milk), or splash of lemon. Try it with your favorite black, red, white, oolong, or Earl Grey tea leaves. *Tea leaves contain caffeine.
* Adding milk can slightly soften the flavor.
* Avoid over-steeping to prevent a bitter taste.
* Experiment with steeping time and the amount of tea infusion to find your perfect strength!
For Iced Tea:
Let the tea cool completely before refrigerating, Pour over ice & enjoy it cold, whether plain or with your favorite additions.

Make Chai Latte/ Masala Chai:
- Start by brewing a strong 1/4 cup of black tea.
- Add your preferred Blue Pepper Tea Infusion (Ginger Kick, Peppy Pepper, Soothing Fennel or Clove Impact) to the brewed tea.
- Next, heat up 1/2 cup of your preferred type of milk (almond, soy, or whole milk) and foam it using a whisk or milk frother.
- Finally, pour the hot, foamed milk over the chai tea concentrate.
- Add sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar, jaggery) to taste.
Enjoy your warm and comforting chai latte!

Masala Chai The Traditional Way:
- Start by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add your choice of Blue Pepper Tea Infusion (Ginger Kick, Peppy Pepper, Soothing Fennel or Clove Impact) and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the spices to infuse deeply.
- Next, stir in 1 teaspoon of black tea leaves and let it boil for another 2 minutes to develop a rich color and aroma.
- Pour in ½ cup of milk and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, allowing it to simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Once the tea reaches your desired strength, add sugar or jaggery to taste and let it blend in completely.
- Finally, strain the chai using a fine mesh sieve or tea strainer and pour it into cups.

Golden Milk/ Turmeric Milk/Latte:
- Heat up milk (almond, soy, or whole milk).
- Add Blue Pepper Tea Infusion (recommended Turmeric Twister, Clove Impact, Zen Ashwagandha) to the hot milk and steep for 3-5 minutes/give it a boil, optionally foam it using a whisk or milk frother.
- Add sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar, jaggery) to taste.
Enjoy your warm and flavorful drink, topped with cinnamon or whipped cream.
For Iced Golden Milk/ Turmeric Milk/Latte: Pour the hot golden milk base over ice and stir in cold milk until it's thoroughly chilled and enjoy!

Chai-Spiced Hot Chocolate:
- To prepare this comforting treat, heat 1 cup (250 ml) of your preferred milk in a small saucepan until it reaches a gentle simmer.
- Add 1 teaspoon (around 2 grams) of your favorite Blue Pepper Tea Infusion (Ginger Kick, Peppy Pepper, or Clove Impact) using a tea infuser or directly into the pot.
- Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain if needed.

Kadha/Kaadha/Kashayam (Spiced Herbal Decoction)
- To prepare, bring 2 cups (500 ml) of waterto a boil (80-90°C or 175-195°F) in a pot.
- Add 2 teaspoons (around 4 grams) of your favorite Blue Pepper Tea Infusion (recommended Ginger Kick, Peppy Pepper, Clove Impact, or Turmeric Twister).
- Let it simmer on low heat until the water reduces to half, allowing the flavors and beneficial compounds to infuse deeply.
- Strain and sip it warm, either plain or customized to your liking.
- For added sweetness, stir in honey or jaggery, while a splash of fresh lemon juice enhances the flavor with a citrusy twist.
